The OPERA2015 project is busy compiling an extensive list of all laboratories, academic institutes and research organizations, active in field of Optics and Photonics in Europe (i.e. the 25 EU members plus Bulgaria, Israel, Norway, Romania, Switzerland and Turkey). Setting up this overview is still ongoing but the results have been transferred to a database structure which can be consulted here.
