Provide technical leadership and support for the production and qualification test needs of fiber optic data communication modules. Facilitate fast-paced (multiple shift) testing schedules for lot builds of fiber optic modules. Understand and execute automated and manual data analysis and guarantee data/result integrity. Support software coding for continuous improvement of data analysis. Communicate and work effectively with systems engineers, subsystems engineers, researchers, program managers, and a staff of three to five test operators. In general, assist in the development of integrated microsystem products through technical and programmatic contributions in a customer-focused environment.
